Home Learning

Please find below home learning activities and websites which the teachers have prepared for your children. We have organised these into year groups to make them easier to navigate.

We hope that you will make use of some of the activities and resources that the teachers have planned and provided, however please do not feel under any pressure to complete them all. Please feel free to have a look at the learning that is on class pages other than that which your child is in – if you think your child would like to do some of that, then that’s absolutely fine. We want to make this learning as easy for you and your child to access as possible.

We hope that all of the children are taking some time each day to do some reading.

If you would like to contact your child’s class teacher during this closure period, please refer to the list of email addresses in the document below.

If you would like to share examples of your child’s learning with the teachers, why not take a photo and send it in an email to them?

Picture News

We subscribe to a resource called Picture News. Each week, a video link is made available along with various resources which link to a thought provoking and current picture. The resources are useful prompts for discussion and maybe for further learning which relates in some way to the picture. Below are the weekly pictures and resources and the link to online ‘assemblies’ which also link to the pictures.
